Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 046

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.

Open new canvas 800 x 800.

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 1 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask 0Mask046

In layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate mask – Mirror

Merge both mask copies together.

Duplicate again.

Drop opacity of top copy to 60

Merge both mask layers together

Frame 2

Paste above mask layer.

Slide to top of tag.

Element 49 (Sparkles)

Paste below frame

With magic wand, click inside the frame.

Selections – modify – expand 4. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 2 into selection.
DO NOT DESELECT

Selections – invert. Click on sparkles layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper

Sharpen sparkles

Dropshadow sparkles

Sharpen frame

Dropshadow frame.

In layers palette, move Paper 2 to sit below the sparkles layer.

Element 20 (green lily pads)

Paste above frame layer

Slide to bottom of tag

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

Erase the bottom of the frame if it shows under your lily pads

Paste above element 20 layer

Slide to the right

Now is the time to move your elements around if you want to.

Add any other elements of choice.

Add copyright
