This tutorial may look a little complicated, but if you follow the steps, you’ll be fine J

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Mistral

Mask of choice  

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 046

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.

Template layers will be identified with capitals, and items from the scrapkit will be in lower case.

Open Template. Copy, and close original.

Resize 95%, all layers checked

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Delete top two layers

Delete Dotted Circles

 Delete Beauti-fall white

Delete pixel words

Delete white ribbon tail and red ribbon tail.

Delete Large Dotted Circle

Click on Raster 1 (at the bottom) and fill with white.

Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all.

Paste Paper 6 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask.

In layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate mask. Mirror

Merge both mask copies.

Element 34 (flower scatter) from scrapkit

Resize 60%

Paste above mask layer and slide to bottom right corner.

Sharpen

Duplicate. Slide one copy to the bottom left corner.

Dropshadow both.

LEAVES RECOLORABLE

Adjust – Hue and Saturation – Colorize H=26  S=172

Sharpen

LEAVES OVERLAY

Leave this layer as it is

WHITE RECTANGLES

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 40

Sharpen

PINK RECTANGLES

Resize Paper 4  40%.

Paste above PINK RECTANGLES layer and slide to cover the one at top right.

Sharpen paper.
Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Merge both paper layers together.

Click on PINK RECTANGLES layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on paper layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow

Delete template layer.

Element 27 (Tree) from scrapkit

Resize 75%

Paste above PINK RECTANGLES layer and slide up.

Sharpen.

ORANGE OVAL

Resize Paper 5  82%.

Paste above ORANGE OVAL layer.

Free rotate paper Left 90

Sharpen.

Using selection tool, erase the left half of the paper, so you have just the brown.

Duplicate- mirror.
Merge both paper layers together.

Click on ORANGE OVAL layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on paper layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow

Delete template layer.

WHITE OVAL OUTLINE

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer.

Paste Paper 8 into selection.

Deselect.

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 40

Sharpen

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer

YELLOW CIRCLE

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer.

Paste Paper 11 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen

WHITE STRIP

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Element 38 into selection.
Deselect.

Adjust – Hue and Saturation – Colorize H=26  S=172

Sharpen

Slide to the far left. Erase anything showing on the right.

Duplicate – mirror

Merge both layers together.

MIDDLE SHAPE ORANGE

Resize Paper 10  80%.

Paste above MIDDLE SHAPE ORANGE layer.

Sharpen paper.

Click on MIDDLE SHAPE ORANGE layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on paper layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow

Delete template layer.

MIDDLE SHAPE WHITE

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer.

Paste Paper 8 into selection.

Deselect.

Element 15 (frame)

Resize 38%

Paste above BOTTOM PINK CIRCLE layer.

Slide into position, using the template circle as a rough guide.

Free rotate Left 45.

Sharpen

Duplicate – mirror – flip

Delete template BOTTOM PINK CIRCLE layer, and TOP PINK CIRCLE layer.

Click inside bottom element 15 frame.

Selections – modify – expand 3

Layers – new raster layer.

Paste Paper 14 into selection.

Deselect

Sharpen paper

Duplicate – mirror - flip.

In layers palette, move both paper layers to sit below their frames.

Dropshadow frames.

Element 44 (corner leaf doodle)

Paste above top element 15 frame.

Slide to bottom left corner

Dropshadow.

Close-up Tube

If using the same one as me, resize 70% then 90%.

Paste above element 44 layer.

Resize 60%

Paste above tube layer.

Slide to bottom right corner.

Sharpen

Resize 65%

Paste above element 31 layer.

Slide to bottom right corner.

Element 37 (Wheat)

Resize 60%

Paste above element 32 layer.

Slide to bottom right corner.

Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror

Resize 80% twice

Paste above element 37 layers.

Slide to bottom right corner.

Sharpen twice

Dropshadow.

Set foreground color to #d9d18d and background to #775121

Make gradient 0 degrees, 1 repeat (Darker color at top and bottom)

RASTER 17 (WORDART)

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer.

Fill with gradient. DO NOT DESELECT

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill white

Deselect.

In layers palette, move white layer below gradient one.

Dropshadow white copy.

On gradient layer - Effects – texture effects – weave, with settings 2   4   90 both colors #775121

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Merge gradient layer down to white.

Slide merged wordart to the bottom of your tag.

Element 51 (leaf and fruit)

Mirror

Resize 60% then 70%

Paste above element 37 layer.

Free rotate Right 20

Slide to bottom right corner.

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

Element 4 (Owl)

Resize 40%

Paste above element 51 layer.

Slide to the left.

Sharpen

Dropshadow

Element 28 (Acorns)

Resize 65%

Paste above element 4 layer.

Slide to the bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror.

Duplicate mirrored copy. Resize this 80% and slide back to the left.

In layers palette, move this copy to sit below the wordart layer

Dropshadow all three copies.

Add any other embellishments if you want to.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
