Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 046

Resize all papers 20% before using

Open a new raster 700 x 700 and fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – Select All. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask 0Mask 046

In layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate mask – mirror. Merge both mask layers together

My grey scalloped frame (in supplies) – Paste above the mask layer.  

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 15 into selection.
Deselect.

Delete frame template.

My wordart (from supplies) – Paste above frame layer.

Tube – Paste above wordart layer. Slide to the desired position.

Duplicate. In layers palette, move one copy below the frame.

Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 6.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT. Selections – invert. Click on bottom copy of the tube and hit delete.
Deselect.

In layers palette, move paper to sit below bottom tube.

Dropshadow top copy of tube, and erase the bottom where it sits over the frame.

Give frame inner bevel of choice.
Dropshadow frame.

Element 22 (blue doodle) – Mirror. Flip. Resize 30%. Paste above mask layer.

Slide to right

Sharpen. Duplicate. Mirror – flip.

Move doodle to a position you like on the left

Dropshadow both.

Element 9 (vine) – Resize 40% then 60%. Paste above wordart layer.

Free rotate left 90 and slide up and right.

Sharpen.

Element 45 (leaves) – Mirror. Resize 20%. Paste above element 9 layer. Slide to top right.

Sharpen.

Element 7 (white blossoms) –Resize 20% then 60%. Paste above element 45 and slide right.

Sharpen.

Element 4 (blue blossoms) – Mirror. Resize 20% Paste above element 7 layer and slide right.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Take the time now to move your flowers and leaves elements to your liking.

Top copy of tube should be next

Element 24 (welcome cluster) – Resize 20% Paste above top tube layer and slide down and right.

Sharpen.

Element 15 Hummingbird) – Mirror. Resize 20% then 80% Paste above element 24 layer and slide into desired position

Sharpen.

Element 14 (budgie) –Resize 20% then 60% Paste above element 15 layer and slide into desired position

Sharpen.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Erase the bottom part of your tube if it shows below the elements.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
