You will need:

Font of choice – I used AR Berkley, found

Tube of choice. I used a new one by Keith Garvey called Revalution.

Mask, and two word arts can be found here

This should be quite a quick tutorial.

Open a new raster 602 x 602 and fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask 108 Maskkels

In layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate mask. Flip and merge both together.

Bling Cluster 02 – Resize 105% twice. Paste above mask layer.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Frame 04  – Paste above bling cluster layer.

Duplicate.

On bottom copy, resize 90%.

Adjust – hue and saturation – colorize. H = 254  S = 222

Sharpen.

Dropshadow both frames.

Close up tube – If using the same one as me, resize 90%.

Paste below the red frame layer and slide into position.

Click inside red frame with magic wand.

 Selections – modify – expand 6.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 10 into selection. Selections – invert. Click on tube and hit delete.

Deselect.

On tube, drop opacity to 30.

In layers palette make sure that tube is sitting above paper, but below red frame.

Word art declaration – Paste above tube layer.

Word art 4^th of July – Paste above blue frame layer.

Element 6 – Resize 60%. Paste above word art 4^th July layer.

Slide to bottom.

Sharpen. Duplicate. Mirror.

Slide back to left

 Dropshadow both.

Main tube – If using the same one as me, resize Resize 110%. Paste above element 6 layers.

Slide to the left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Star 04 – Resize 40%. Paste above tube layer and slide to the top right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Star 06 – Resize 40%. Paste above Star 04 layer and slide to the top right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Star 05 – Resize 40%. Paste above Star 06 layer and slide to the top right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
