BLUE SERENITY FTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Blueplate Special. This is FTU, and can be found

Scrapkit by MizTeeques called Pure Serenity. This is FTU found

Tube of choice. I used Sweet by Keith Garvey. These tubes can be purchased through his store

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask046 LT.

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so I have supplied it. Please let me know if this is yours, and I will either remove, or supply credits.

New raster layer 700 x 700

Floodfill white

Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all. Paste Paper 1 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply 0Mask046 and in layers palette merge group.

Drop opacity of mask to 65

Element 20 (frame) – Resize 80%. Paste above mask layer.

Adjust Hue & saturation – colorize H and S both 0

Sharpen. Dropshadow..

Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 5. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection.

Deselect.

In layers palette, move paper beneath frame.

Sharpen paper..

Dropshadow frame.

Blue & Gold doodle (See link above) – Paste above mask layer, under paper 7

Slide up to top right. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Duplicate copy (at bottom left), and slide up to top left corner.

Free rotate right 55. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Move layers around later if you want

Tube – Paste above frame layer and position as desired.

Duplicate tube and move one copy below the frame. We will fix the overhang in a minute.

Element 45 (Lace) – Resize 85%. Paste above top tube layer

Slide to bottom left corner. Free rotate right 15.

Sharpen.

DO NOT DROPSHADOW.

Click on Paper 7 oval ( this is the bit inside the frame). Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on bottom copy of tube and hit delete.

Click on lace copy, and carefully erase the top left corner of the lace.
Deselect.

On top copy of tube, dropshadow, then erase the bottom so it appears that she is coming out of the frame.

Element 43 (pearls) – Resize 50% Paste above Lace layer

Slide to bottom left corner.

Adjust Hue & saturation – colorize H = 0  and S = 116

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 23 (leaves) –Resize 60% Paste above Pearls layer

Slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Element 3 (Flowers) – Resize 60% Paste above leaves layer

Slide left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Element 14 (white carnation) – Resize 30%. Paste above flowers layer

Slide to bottom left. Duplicate, and slide bottom copy right and down slightly.

Dropshadow both

Element 8 (watch) –Resize 30%. Paste above carnation layers

Free rotate left 15, and slide to bottom left, position so it covers any stems showing through from the flowers or leaves.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
