Element 12- Paste to Bottom Left-

Duplicate Layer- Paste to Right-Sharpen- Drop Shadow

Duplicate Layer x3- Paste another to Left and then 

Remaining two Duplicates to Right-

I cropped tube to the waist- Copy Merged-
