as we will duplicate the layer- Erase any extra tube outside frame on sides and bottom

Duplicate layer and move up until it looks like Mine.

Sharpen- Drop shadow

 

Element 40- 125x109- Paste to Top Right

Sharpen- Drop Shadow

Re size again to 100x87- Paste to Bottom on Frame

Sharpen- Drop Shadow
