If you do not want to animate, then stop here.

TO ANIMATE

Resize tag 85%, all layers checked.
Close off white background.

Open Animation Shop.

In PSP, Edit – Copy Special – Copy Merged.

In Animation Shop (AS), Edit – Paste – As new Animation.

Duplicate, so you have 32 frames.

Open ANIMATED BLOOD from my supplies.
Edit – Select all (or Ctrl A) Edit – Copy (or Ctrl C)

Click on your tag (which should have 32 frames) Edit – Select All. Edit – Paste – Into selected frame.
Carefully line up the blood so it drips out of the blood bag. I positioned mine so that the pool of blood at the bottom was a tiny bit lower than the pool already on the tag, and the space between the pools of blood was about the same width as the pool itself.

Play around until you are happy with the result. Ctrl Z will undo what you have done, then just hold down Ctrl A E at the same time, and you will be able to place the drips where you want them again.

Once you are happy with the placement, go to Animation – animation properties.
Click on the color box and select white. OK. OK

Save as a Gif file, and you’ve finished!
