NORDIC PRINCE FTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Blood of Dracula, found

Tube of choice. I used Eric by Christine Marie Kotlark. You can purchase Christine’s tubes through SATC

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 011

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.

New canvas 700 x 700 and floodfill white

Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all, paste Paper 15 into selection. Deselect.

Apply Mask 0Mask011.

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch mask to all edges and drop opacity to 95

Rose Petals – Paste above mask layer and slide to bottom right corner.

Duplicate – mirror. Merge both together.
Dropshadow.

Banner – Paste above rose petal layer and slide to the centre top.

Dropshadow.

Tube – If using the same one as me, resize 50%.

Paste above Banner layer and slide to centre top.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Bar – Resize 118%. Paste above Tube layer. Slide to the bottom.

Sharpen but do not Dropshadow yet.

Blood Splash – Resize 50%. Paste above Bar layer and slide to the bottom centre.

Sharpen. Duplicate. Resize 80% and slide to the left.

Duplicate this copy again. Mirror and resize 80%.

Make sure all three blood splashes are slightly below the bottom of the bar, then merge all three together.

Click on the Bar. Selections – Select All. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on the blood splash layer and erase the bottom so it is in line with the bottom of the bar.

Deselect.
Dropshadow blood splash.

Dropshadow Bar.

Merge blood splash down to bar layer.

Blood Drips – Paste below the banner layer and slide up so the centre top of the drips is just covered by the banner.

Erase the parts sticking out above the top of the banner.

Dropshadow blood drips.

Rose Vine 2 – Paste above the blood drips layer. Slide left and up a bit.

Erase the stalk where it shows below the bar.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Dropshadow both

Barbed Wire – Paste above the Rose vine layer and slide down and left.

Dropshadow.

Hand Print – Resize 40% twice. Paste above the barbed wire layer and slide down so it appears to be on the bar.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Resize 90% and slide up so it is on Eric’s shirt. (It looks as if someone has been stroking his abs. . . . ).

Ahem. Back to the tutorial . .

Trublood bottle – Resize 30%. Paste above the handprint layers and slide right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Martini – Resize 25%. Paste above the bottle layer and slide right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Candle – Resize 60% then 50%. Paste above the Martini layer and slide left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Metal Hearts – Resize 60%. Paste above the Candle layer and slide down and left.

Free rotate right 20.

Sharpen. Dropshadow. 

Fingerprint – Resize 20% then 50%.

Paste above the Metal Hearts layer and slide down.

Sharpen. Duplicate  and slide up onto the banner.

Dropshadow both.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
