You will need:

Tube of choice. I used Oceane by Keith Garvey. You can purchase these beautiful tubes from his store

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask046 LT

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so I have supplied it. Please let me know if this is yours, and I will either remove, or supply credits.

File – New Image 700 x 700

Fill white

NOTE: Resize all papers 20% before using!

Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all. Paste Paper 1 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply 0Mask 046.

In layers palette merge group.

Duplicate – mirror.

Merge both masks together.

Lg Drops2 - Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all. Paste Lg Drops2 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Frame 5 – Resize 40%. Paste above Lg Drops2 layer. We want to cover this with a paper now.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Delete original frame.

Circlet 2 – Resize 45% then 90%. Paste above Frame.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Close-up Tube – Paste above Circlet 2 layer and slide into position.

Duplicate tube and in layers palette, move one copy to sit below the frame.

Click inside frame with magic wand.

Selections – modify – expand 4

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 6 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – invert. Click on bottom tube and hit delete.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper.

Dropshadow frame.

Dropshadow top tube only.

Erase any you don’t want to be seen at the bottom of the frame.

Lg Fish 1 – Resize 20%.

Paste above Paper 6 layer. Slide to the right.

Sharpen. Duplicate - mirror

Slide down a bit.

Dropshadow both.

Lg Weed 1 – Resize 30%.

Paste above Frame layer. Slide to the bottom left.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror - Flip

Dropshadow both.

Lg Splash  – Resize 20%.

Paste above top tube layer and slide to the bottom right corner.
Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Erase any covering tube’s face.

Lg Weed Cluster – Resize 20% then 65%.

Paste above Lg Splash layer and slide to the bottom right corner.
Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Lg Shell Cluster 2 (white one) – Resize 50% then 40%.

Paste above Lg Weed Cluster layer and slide to the bottom and right a bit.
Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Lg Shell Cluster 1 – Resize 50% then 60%.

Paste above Lg Shell Cluster 2 layer and slide to the bottom right corner.
Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Full Tube – Mirror. Paste above Lg Shell Cluster 1 layer and slide to the bottom.

Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
