You will need:

Font of choice – I used Problem Secretary, found

Tube of choice. I used Ooh Lala by Keith Garvey. These tubes can be purchased through his store

Scrapkit is called Rock Hard by Nicky at Inzpired Creationz. This gorgeous kit can be purchased from SATC

Mask of choice. I used  WSL4. HERE

Template 144 by Pooker

Open Template 144. Copy, and close original.

Resize 85% all layers checked.

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Click on Background at the bottom and floodfill white

Delete the following layers:

CR Info, and all dotted circles and shapes layers ( five of them).

Set foreground color to #ba170e and background to black.

Make gradient  - angle 315 with 1 repeat.

Add new raster layer on top of white background. Fill with gradient.

Apply mask WSL4.

Merge group.

Stretch to sides and bottom.

Glow lights (from scrapkit) – Resize 80%. Free rotate left 90

Paste above mask layer and slide to top left corner.

Sharpen.

Black Squares – Resize Paper 2   30%. Paste above top square of black squares layer. Sharpen.

Duplicate twice (so you have 3 copies of it), and close off the bottom copy for now by clicking the little eye next to it in the layers palette. (We will deal with this later).

Your other two open copies should be sitting directly together with nothing in between.

 Click on one of them – mirror – flip, and merge both open copies together.

Click on black squares layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on the merged Paper 2 layer and hit delete.
Deselect.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Pink Circles 2 - Re-open the copy of Paper 2 you closed off before.

In layers Palette, move it to sit above the pink circles 2 layer, and slide it over the top circle. Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror – flip, and merge both paper copies together.

Click on pink circles 2 layer.  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on merged paper and hit delete.
Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Set foreground color to white and background to black.

Make gradient – angle 45 with 2 repeats.

Lt Pink Circles 2  - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill bottom circle only with gradient..
Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Merge both circles together.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Stars (from scrapkit) -  Resize 50%. Paste above Lt Pink Circles 2 layer and slide to top right.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

Grey Squares  -  Resize Paper 7   55%. Paste above grey squares layer. Sharpen.

Click on grey squares layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 7 and hit delete.
Deselect.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Set foreground color to white and background to #ba170e.

Make gradient – angle 315 with 1 repeat.

Lt Pink squares - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Tulle 2 (from scrapkit) – Flip.

Paste above Lt Pink Squares layer and slide to top left.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

White Squares  -  Resize Paper 14   80% twice. Paste above white squares layer. Sharpen.

Click on white squares layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 14 and hit delete.
Deselect.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Set foreground color to Black and background to #ba170e.

Make gradient – angle 45 with 1 repeat.

Pink Shapes - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – modify – contract 6. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Set foreground color to white and background to #ba170e.

Make gradient – angle 0 with 1 repeat.

White Shapes –Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Effects – texture effects – blinds with settings 5  25  Black, both boxes checked

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Butterflies – Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Set foreground color to white and background to #ba170e.

Make RADIAL gradient – angle 0 with 11 repeats. (Radial is the fourth box along. If you hover your mouse over the boxes, it tells you which gradient you are selecting J )

Pink Circle 1 - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Effects – texture effects – blinds with settings 5  25  Black, both boxes checked.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer

Lt Pink Circle 1 - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 6 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

White Circle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 14 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Frame 2 (from scrapkit) -  Resize 58%. Paste above White circle layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Tube -  Paste above Frame 2 layer. Dropshadow.

Keyboard 2 – Resize 80% then 75%.

Paste above Tube layer.

Dropshadow.

Drums – Resize 60%. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Guitar – Resize 80%. Paste above Drums layer.

Free rotate left 25

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments if you want to.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
