You will need:

Font of choice – I used Alba Matter

Tube of choice. I used the Gangsta Couple by Zlata M. These tubes can be found at PicsforDesign

Mask of choice – I used WSL84

HERE

Open a new canvas 700 x 700 and fill white.

Set foreground colour to #0f0501 and background to #b49647

Make background gradient 315 degrees with 1 repeat.

Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient

 Apply mask WSL84

 Merge group. Stretch to sides and top. Flip

Frame 2 – Resize 20% then 70%.

Paste above mask and slide left and up.

Sharpen. Duplicate - mirror. Slide this one down and right.

Paper 4 – resize 20%

Click inside top frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 4

Layers – new raster layer. Paste resized Paper 4 into selection.

Deselect. Sharpen paper.

Effects – texture effects – blinds with settings 5  25. Both boxes checked. Color #0f0501.

Repeat with other frame.

Dropshadow both frames.

Merge each frame down to it’s paper layer (in case you need to move them later).

Flowers 2 – Resize 50% and paste above mask layer.

Erase the bottom bit. Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror – flip. Pull this copy more to the left.

Dropshadow both.

Clock – Erase all of the post, leaving just the clock and curly bits.

Paste this above the flowers 2 layer.

Free rotate left 90 and slide to the left. Sharpen.

Duplicate  - mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

Bow – Resize 30%. Paste over top frame layer and position as desired. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Tube – Paste above bow layer and slide into position. Dropshadow

Rose – Resize 20%then 80%. Sharpen.

Paste above tube layer and slide into position so it looks as if she is holding it. Carefully erase any stem over her fingers.

Dropshadow.

Journal – Paste above rose layer. Slide bottom right. Dropshadow

Teddybear – Resize 15% then 80%. Paste above journal layer.

Sharpen. Slide to bottom left.

Dropshadow.

Heartkey – Resize 50%. Sharpen. Slide to bottom centre. Dropshadow.

Candle – Paste above heartkey layer and slide to bottom right.

Duplicate.

Cat – Resize 60% then 80%. Paste between candle layers and move into position. Dropshadow.

 I wanted to make it look as if the cat was playing with the candle.

On top candle, erase the bottom bit so it appears that the cat’s paw is in front.

Dropshadow top copy of candle only.

Love Doves – Resize 60%. Paste above the top candle layer and slide to upper right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Open Frame 3. Hold down Shift key and D to copy. Close original.

Resize 60% all layers checked.

Add a new raster layer underneath the frame and fill with #2a1f17.

Resize this color layer 99% - all layers unchecked.

Click on frame layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on color layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete pink heart.

Paste brown heart above mask layer (below flower layers) and slide to top right.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
