Open your Tube- I cropped the Tube to right under her Chest lol

Paste into your Frame by moving layer down until all elements are visible and 

your Tube is inside frame- Adjust the position- Make sure top of tube is bigger than your Frame top as we are duplicating the layer. Erase any extra tube over your frame - Duplicate Layer

Move your Layer up one and now erase around your frame so it looks like mine.

Sharpen- Drop shadow

One last look to make sure you are satisfied

Layers- Merge Visible- Sharpen- Drop shadow

Add Copyright Information

Merge Visible

Save Original 

Using Font Provided you can now add your Name
