You will need:
Font of choice – I used Seven Monkey
Fury, found
Tracy F Designz Easter Template 6
No scrapkit used in this tutorial,
but you will need two background pictures and some nature elements.
I have supplied the ones I used in
case you want to use them also.
Tube of choice. I used Spiny
Woodland Hopper by Anne Stokes. This tube is free to use.

Mask of choice. I used 0Mask046. I am unsure where I got this mask,
so if it is yours, please let me know and I will add credits.
The mask is also included in my
supplies
Copy template, and close original.
Resize 110% all layers checked.
Image - canvas size 700 x 700.
Fill background with white.
Delete top two layers.
I like to have a frame
effect on my template layers. If you want to achieve this same effect, here is
how I do it:
In layers palette,
move larger shape to sit above smaller one.
Click on smaller
shape. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.
Click on larger shape
and hit delete.
Deselect.
Deselect.
You should be left
with a frame
Do this for the
following layers:
Move Glitter Circle 1
above Circle 1
Move Glitter Oval
above Oval
Move Glitter Circle 2
above Circle 2
Move Glitter Square
above Square
Add new raster layer above the white
background.
Selections - select all and fill
with #363c19.
Deselect.
Apply mask 0Mask046.
Merge group.
Mirror mask
Circle 1 - Selections – select all. Selections
– float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Image 2 into
selection. Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Sharpen Image 2.
Set foreground colour to #363c19 and background to # 826c17
Make background gradient, Linear 45
degrees with 1 repeat. (Darker color outside)
Glitter Circle 1 - Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with
gradient.
Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Adjust – add noise Gaussian 50, with
monochrome checked.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Oval – Adjust Hue and Saturation – colorize 33 98
Glitter Oval - Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with
same gradient as glitter circle 1.
Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Adjust – add noise Gaussian 50, with
monochrome checked.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Circle 2 - Selections – select all. Selections
– float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #14110e. DO
NOT DESELECT.
Layers – new raster layer. Paste
Image 1 into selection. Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Sharpen Image 1 and drop opacity to
69.
Glitter Circle 2 - Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with
same gradient as previous glitter layers.
Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Adjust – add noise Gaussian 50, with
monochrome checked.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Strip 1 and Strip 2 – Drop opacity to 31 and Dropshadow
both.
Stars – Give inner bevel of choice and Dropshadow.
Square - Selections – select all. Selections
– float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #14110e. DO
NOT DESELECT.
Layers – new raster layer. Paste
Image 1 into selection. Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Sharpen Image 1 and drop opacity to
69.
Glitter Square - Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with
same gradient as previous glitter layers.
Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Adjust – add noise Gaussian 50, with
monochrome checked.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Grass – Resize 75% and position above
Glitter Oval layer.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Oak Tree – Mirror. Paste above grass layer
and slide up to top and left.
Sharpen and Dropshadow.
Moss – Paste above Glitter square layer
and slide to the bottom.
Sharpen. Duplicate. Slide bottom
copy of moss to the right.
Dropshadow both
Brown Flower Vine – Resize 80%. Paste above moss
layers.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Ivy – Flip. Mirror. Paste above brown
flower vine layer.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Tube – Mirror and position on right.
Duplicate - mirror and resize this
one 85%.
Dropshadow tubes, but check the box
that says “shadow on new layer” .
You will notice that the dropshadow
for each dragon appears on it’s own layer. (Sort of like Peter Pan isn’t it? J )
Move each shadow right and down a
little bit.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
