Tube- Open your tube closeup- Paste inside your frame and adjust sizing to your liking.

Make sure your top of tube is bigger than your frame top from inside because we are gonna duplicate the layer- Erase any extra tube outside of your frame- Duplicate layer- Move your layer up one so your tube now looks like mine.- Erase bottom of the tube so that your Frame and all elements are showing properly -Sharpen- Drop shadow

Now open up your full tube layer and re size to your liking

Paste your tube at bottom and adjust the leaves element to work around your tube

Sharpen- Drop shadow

One last look before we merge. 

Sometimes I highlight the mask layer and make it bigger to enhance my tag if I need to
