A LITTLE CHIC

You will need:
Font of choice – I used Beauty
School Dropout, found
Template 65 by TracyF Designz
I used a gorgeous PTU scrapkit
called CHIC by Nicky at Inzpired Creationz. You can buy this kit through SATC.
Tube of choice. I used Cool Retro
Girl by Ismael Rac. You can purchase these great tubes from Rac’s store.
Mask of choice – I used WSL138 by Wee Scots Lass
Sparkles
Open Template 65 by TracyF Designz.
Copy, and close original
Resize 105%, all layers checked.
Canvas size 700 x 700
Delete Layer 1 ( copyright ).
Delete Layer 2 (wordart)
Add new raster layer and send to the
bottom.
Fill with white.
Layers – new raster layer.
Selections – select all. Paste Paper 9 into selection.
Deselect.
Apply mask WSL138
In layers palette, merge group.
Duplicate mask and merge both layers together.
Sparkles(from my supplies) – Paste as a new layer above the mask. Slide to the
top.
Duplicate – flip, and merge both layers together.
We are going to fill our template layers now,
starting from the bottom.
Oval – Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 8 into selections.
Deselect.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Cityscene 1 – Resize 95%. Paste above paper 8
oval layer, and slide to top.
Dropshadow.
Rectangle (the upright one) - In layers palette, move glitter rectangle to sit
directly above the rectangle.
Click on rectangle. Selections –
select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster
layer. Paste Paper 10 into selection.
DO NOT DESELECT. Click on glitter rectangle and hit delete.
Deselect.
You should be left with a frame.
Sharpen frame and Dropshadow.
Sharpen paper 10 rectangle.
Diamond Doodle 1 – Resize 60%. Paste above Rectangle
frame layer and slide right.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Square 1 - In layers palette, move glitter
square 1 to sit directly above square 1.
Click on square 1. Selections –
select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster
layer. Paste Paper 11 into
selection. DO NOT DESELECT. Click on glitter square 1 and hit delete.
Deselect.
You should be left with a frame.
Sharpen frame and Dropshadow.
Sharpen Paper 11
Square 2 - In layers palette, move glitter
square 2 to sit directly above square 2.
Click on square 1. Selections –
select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster
layer. Paste Paper 11 into
selection. DO NOT DESELECT. Click on glitter square 2 and hit delete.
Deselect.
You should be left with a frame.
Sharpen frame and Dropshadow.
Sharpen Paper 11.
Rectangle (long flat one) - In layers palette, move glitter rectangle to sit
directly above rectangle.
Click on rectangle. Selections –
select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster
layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.
DO NOT DESELECT. Click on glitter rectangle and hit delete.
Deselect.
You should be left with a frame.
Sharpen frame and Dropshadow.
Sharpen Paper 9.
Diamond Line – Resize 50%. Paste above Paper 9
rectangle layer (the long flat rectangle). Slide to the right and down to the
bottom of the rectangle.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Merge
both diamond lines together.
Duplicate, and slide this line up to
the top of the rectangle.
Merge both lines together.
Give inner bevel of choice.
Adjust – add noise Gaussian 80
monochrome checked.
Dropshadow.
Dropshadow.
Pearls 4 – Paste above glitter rectangle frame
Dropshadow. Erase anything poking
above the frames at the top.
Bow 3 – Resize 40%. Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Dropshadow.
Tube – Free rotate left 12.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Add any other embellishments of
choice.
Resize if desired.
Add copyright and name
