Paste your tube inside frame by moving your layer down until it looks

good and all elements are visible

Erase any extra at bottom of frame if needed

One last look before you Merge

Layers- Merge Visible

Sharpen- Drop shadow

Add Copyright Information

Save original

Now using font provided add your name

All done!
