Arrange direction of the boxes -Sharpen- Drop shadow Both

Add your Tube- I am using Elias Chatzoudis Christmas Tube- Paste your tube into your Frame

Move your layer down until the tube fits as shown and all your elements are visible.

One last look before you merge your creation

Layers-Merge Visible

Add your Copyright information

Layers- Merge Visible

Save your Original 

Now you can add your name using the font provided
