Close up tube of choice. I used Celestial by Keith Garvey. I bought this tube at PTE, but Keith now has a new store, and you can find his tubes

Mask of choice – I used WSL159

HERE

New canvas 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 4 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask WSL159

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch mask to all edges.

Duplicate and merge both together.

Element 40 (mesh) - Resize 70% and paste in the  bottom left corner of your canvas.

Duplicate – mirror - flip. Merge both together.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Frame 1 - Resize 80%. Sharpen.

Duplicate and resize 50%. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Click inside large frame 1 with magic wand. Selections - modify - expand 4

Layers - new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.

Deselect.
Sharpen Paper 9

Dropshadow Frame 1

In layers palette, move smaller frames under Paper 9.

Set foreground colour to #b6e2ad and background to #5d1e58

Make background gradient - angle 315 repeats 0

Click inside bottom right small frame with magic wand. Selections - modify - expand 4

Layers - new raster layer

Fill with gradient.

Deselect.

Duplicate gradient layer – mirror – flip.

To both gradient circles, apply Effects – textures – weave, with settings 1   6   1, both colours #5d1e58.

Dropshadow both small frames.

Element 67 (flower branch) – Resize 50% then 85%.

Flip.

Position above large Frame 1 bottom left.

Sharpen. Duplicate- mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

Element 23 (petals) – Resize 50%.

Mirror

Position below element 67 on bottom left.

Sharpen. Duplicate- mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

Tube – Position above the top petals layer. Duplicate, and move one copy to sit above the Paper 9 circle.

Dropshadow top tube only. We will remove excess later as needed.

Click on the Flower branch layers and erase the top stalky bits.

Element 1 (stars) - Resize 50%. Sharpen. Paste above the small bottom frame layer, but to the left and up a bit.

Duplicate – mirror – flip. Merge both together.

Duplicate. Free rotate right 90. Mirror and free rotate right 10. Sharpen.

Dropshadow both.

Element 20 (Butterfly) - Resize 20% then 80%. Free rotate left 45. Sharpen.

 Position bottom left. Duplicate – mirror, and move this copy up over the small top frame.

Dropshadow both.

Element 46 (leaves) - Mirror. Resize 40%. Paste above the mesh layer, to the left.

Sharpen

Duplicate – mirror - flip.

Dropshadow both.

Element 58 (flowers) - Resize 35% then 50%. Paste above the main frame layer, to the left.

Sharpen

Duplicate – mirror - flip. Merge both together.

Duplicate – mirror. Free rotate right 90. Sharpen

Dropshadow both.

Element 86 (cat) – Resize 50% then 80% Paste as top layer.

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

Element 51 (heart) - Mirror. Resize 25%. Paste as top layer.

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
