You will need:

Font of choice – I used Varsity Regular, found

Scrapkit by Mike “Birdman” Sexton called 4^th of July FTU found

Tube of choice. I used Long Live America by Elias Chatzoudis. You can purchase these great tubes at

 PTE

Mask of choice – I used WSL84

HERE

New canvas 700 x 700

Floodfill white.

Add new raster layer. Selections – select all.

Paste Paper 11 into selection.

Deselect

Apply mask WSL84

Merge group
Stretch to edges.

Frame 4 – Resize 70% then 90%. Sharpen

Paper 3 – Resize 70% and paste under frame 4.

Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 6

Selections – invert. Click on paper layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow frame.

Bow 4 – Resize 80% and paste below paper 3 layer.

Erase bottom bit.

Duplicate – flip. Merge both bows together.

Duplicate.

On bottom copy, free rotate right 45.

Effects – texture effects – weave with settings 2   4   2, both colours white.

Dropshadow both bow layers.

Fireworks explosion – Resize 40% then 80%.

Sharpen. Paste between bow layers in top right corner.

Duplicate – mirror. Merge both together.

Duplicate – flip.

Dropshadow all fireworks

Stars – Place at bottom of frame.

Duplicate. Free rotate right 90 and move to left of frame.

Duplicate – mirror.

Merge 3 star layers together.

Adjust – add noise, random, 60, with monochrome checked.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Heart 3 – Resize 60% then 75%.

Free rotate left 15. Sharpen twice.

Duplicate – mirror.

Resize this copy 85%, and move back to the left.

Dropshadow both.

Pin – Mirror. Resize 60%

Position above hearts. Free rotate right 30. Sharpen.

Dropshadow, then erase the centre so it appears the pin is going through the hearts.

Tube – Position as top layer.

Duplicate, and in layers palette, move one copy between frame and paper.

Click on paper 3 circle. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on bottom copy of tube and hit delete.

Deselect.

Go back to top copy of tube. Erase any parts you don’t want to see. I attacked the right hand side and the bottom, leaving the rest so it looks like she is emerging from the frame.

Dropshadow top tube only.

Wordart 6 – Resize 50% and position at bottom of tag, or as desired.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer,  Fill with white. Selections – modify – expand 1. Layers – new raster layer, fill with #0200fc.

Deselect.

Move white under wordart, and move blue under white.

Dropshadow blue.

Inner bevel the top copy.

Ribbonset 2 – Resize 75% and place to the right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
