MYSTICAL FTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Dampfplatz

Tube of choice. I used Zartaxis by ANNESTOKES.

Mask of choice – I used WSL167 by Wee Scots Lass, found

Template 141 by Punky Butt, found

HERE

Resize template 95%, all layers checked.

Canvas size 700 x 700

Fill background white.

Delete top 6 layers, plus right square, and right square frame. (don't worry if this looks odd - it will be sorted once we get underway)

Left square - free rotate right 16.

Left square frame - free rotate right 16.

Click on white background

Layer – new raster layer. Selections – select all. Paste Paper 10 into selection. Deselect.

Apply mask WSL167. Merge group.

OK, we're ready to start. Remember to delete template layers once you have filled them.

To fill any template with paper, use the following method (or your own if you find it easier of course) . .

Click on template layer.

Selections - select all. Selections - float. Selections - defloat.

Layers - new raster layer.

Copy chosen paper, and go to Edit - Paste paper into selection.

Deselect

Delete template layer.

 Left Square – Paste Paper 6 into selection. Deselect.

Sharpen twice.

Duplicate - mirror.
Rename copy Right Square.

Left Square Frame – Paste Paper 13 into selection. Deselect.

Sharpen.

Duplicate - mirror.
Rename copy Right Square Frame.

To each of these square frames, give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Large Circle – Paste Paper 14 into selection. Deselect.

Sharpen twice.

Large Circle Frame – Paste Paper 2 into selection. Deselect.

Sharpen. Inner bevel. Dropshadow.

Left Circle – Paste Paper 5  into selection. Deselect.

Sharpen twice.

Duplicate - mirror. Move this copy up in layers palette, to sit above right circle layer.

Left Circle Frame – Paste Paper 13 into selection. Deselect.

Duplicate - mirror. Move this copy up in layers palette, to sit above right circle frame layer.

On both, Sharpen. Inner bevel. Dropshadow

Left Rectangle – Paste Paper 4  into selection. Deselect.

Sharpen more.

Duplicate - mirror. Move this copy up in layers palette, to sit above right rectangle layer.

Left Rectangle Frame – Paste Paper 10  into selection. Deselect.

Effects - edge effects - enhance

Duplicate - mirror. Move this copy up in layers palette, to sit above right rectangle frame layer.

To both, give inner bevel and dropshadow

Large Rectangle – Paste Paper 9  into selection. Deselect.

Effects - Xero Fritillary with settings on 3,  36,  29,  73

Large Rectangle Frame – Paste Paper 4  into selection. Deselect.

Sharpen.

Give inner bevel and dropshadow

Staple – Resize 50%. Position on right as top layer.

Free rotate left 15.

Sharpen

Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.

Starborder – Resize 50% Paste above right square frame layer.

Free rotate right 45.

Move up to the right and position with top star on corner of frame.

Duplicate - mirror.

Merge both layers together.

Inner bevel.

Adjust - add noise uniform 60, with monochrome checked.
Sharpen

Dropshadow

Vine – Resize 50%. Flip. Paste above right circle frame layer and move to the left.

Sharpen. Duplicate - mirror. Merge these two together.

Duplicate - flip.

Dropshadow both.

Flowers 2 – Resize 40% then 50%. Paste over right rectangle frame and move to the left.

Sharpen. Duplicate - mirror.

Dropshadow both.

Butterfly – Resize 15% then 70%. Free rotate left 25. Sharpen

Duplicate - mirror and move into desired position.

Dropshadow both.

Bling Swirl – Resize 50%. Paste above large rectangle layer, and move to the left.

Adjust - sharpen - sharpen more.

Duplicate - mirror.

NO dropshadow

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
