Otherwise, Take out your Tube of choice-
 Paste it inside your Tube, arranging the other layers to blend correctly.
Duplicate your tube so the top is over frame
and Bottom of Tube is inside frame.

Look creation over before you merge visible.

Sharpen-Drop shadow

Using your supplied Tabitha Font
Write "Happy Mothers Day"
above tag-save original
then add your name!!
