Tube of Choice-I am using Keith Garvey, which you need a license
OK, Lets Begin
New Image-700x700
Minimize your Mask
Paper 8- Copy>Paste as New layer
Layers>New Mask layer>From Image>Vix42>ok
Layers>Merge Group
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Frame-El#24-500x500>Paste into Layer
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Paper4-400x400>Paste into Frame>Adjust
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Open your Tube>I used the Middle pose>
Paste into the frame>Adjust as my example>Erase if you need to around frame>Duplicate your layer>Move layer up as shown>
Element4-Fireworks-400x495>Paste into Layer on Left>
Layers>Duplicate>paste to teh Right as shown
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Element 43-200x200>Paste to left of Frame>
Layers>Duplicate>Arrange as shown
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Elememt 16-200x200>Paste to the left behind frame>
You can do this by moving your layer down in the layer pallette
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Element 31-200x248>Paste to the right
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Element 1-Flag-300x260>Paste to Right under the frame >
Do this by Moving your layer down on pallette?
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Element 12 and 13-Stars-200x200>Paste them both side by side to the Right under Frame
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Element 6-400x449> Paste Under Frame at bottom
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Element 43 again>200x200>Paste below frame at bottom>
Duplicate x2 as shown
Sharpen>Dropshadow
Layers>Merge Visible>
Sharpen>Dropshadow
add your correct copyright information
Merge layers
Your Done!
