You will need:
Font of choice – I used Bavand, FTU font found

Scrapkit called Earth Angel
This a FTU kit from Sweet Cravings Scraps (almost at bottom of page) http://sweetcravingsscraps.blogspot.com/search/label/Blogtrain%20Freebies
Tube of choice. I used The Vintage Angel Vision by Jessica Galbreth. These tubes can be found at

Circular Mask of choice
Open new raster layer 700 x 700 and floodfill white
Layer – new raster layer
Selections – select all
Paper14 paste into selection. Deselect. Sharpen
Drop opacity to 59.
Frame1 Resize 80% then 90%. Copy & paste
Click inside frame with magic wand ( don’t forget all the tiny little spaces! )
Selections – Modify - Expand 3. Layer – new raster layer
Paste Paper14 into selection. Deselect. Move paper layer under frame.
Tube. Copy & paste above frame, and move into desired position.
Duplicate and move one copy under frame, but over paper layer.
Click paper layer – selections – select all – float – defloat, then hit delete on the bottom tube. Deselect.
Erase any of the top tube you don’t want to see.
Dropshadow frame, and top tube layer
Hide background & mask layers. Merge visible.
Unhide background & mask.
Flowing Wheat resize 60%. Copy & paste above frame on left. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror, then move the duplicated layer down under the frame. Dropshadow both layers.
Flower 1 Resize 40%. Mirror. Copy & paste on top of wheat.
Free rotate left 20. Sharpen. Duplicate
On the bottom copy, free rotate left 20. Sharpen. Move to left slightly and merge both Flower1 layers to one layer.
Duplicate this layer and mirror. Move this duplicate under the frame on top of bottom wheat layer. Dropshadow both flower layers.
Water Splash resize 50%. Paste as top layer to the right. Duplicate – mirror.
Bird 1 Resize 40%. Sharpen. Copy & paste top left. Dropshadow.
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
